Should you be involved in an accident, breakdown in your vehicle or suffer a puncture, Land Rover Assistance will be there to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout the entire three-year period of your Manufacturer Warranty.

Whether home or abroad, we will come to your assistance in order to get you moving, to your destination or back home safely – including help with onward travel costs, accommodation or a replacement vehicle if required.

In the event of an accident, we will do all that we can to minimise any inconvenience. We understand the resulting hassle that can occur which is why our dedicated Accident Services Programme will take care of everything to get you back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible – from liaising with insurers to collecting your vehicle and arranging any repairs.

Land Rover’s specialist car insurance is designed to save you money, protect your investment as well as the car’s residual value and ensure your ownership runs as smoothly as possible – whether your vehicle suffers a scratch or minor dent or is completely written-off.


For a cost-effective premium, Land Rover Insurance guarantees that your vehicle will only be repaired by a Land Rover-approved bodyshop like ours and that Genuine Parts will be used exclusively to put things right.

This means that you can enjoy the peace-of-mind of knowing your Land Rover has been expertly returned to its pre-accident condition with every safety feature fully reinstated – something that many less comprehensive car insurance policies do not include as standard.

You are assured that Land Rover Insurance provides the following as a matter of course:

  • Authorise the fitting of Land Rover Genuine Parts and panels
  • Ensure that your repairs are only ever carried out using Land Rover methodology, tools and equipment, by a Land Rover-approved bodyshop
  • Commission highly-trained Land Rover technicians to apply Land Rover technical standards to the vehicle restoration
  • Provide a five-year guarantee on all your Land Rover's bodyshop repairs

Amongst the other benefits of these comprehensive policies are the provision of a free courtesy car regardless of fault, Europe-wide cover and 24-hour accident recovery.


*Land Rover Excess Protect Voucher Terms and Conditions

The Free Excess Protect Voucher is available to customers who purchase a new or approved used Land Rover from a Land Rover retailer and who also apply for Free Driveaway Insurance. The voucher is valid for one year from its registration. Only one voucher can be issued per vehicle. The voucher can only be used once. The voucher only applies when the claim is reported to, accepted and managed by Land Rover Excess Protect and the accident repair is carried out at a Land Rover Approved Bodyshop. To redeem the voucher you must call the dedicated Land Rover Excess Protect hotline first on 0330 100 0469 after a vehicle accident, whoever you are insured by. If you call any other Land Rover number or your insurer without our instruction the voucher will be void. Where we accept and complete the vehicle repair, we will pay up to £250 cash back towards any policy excess paid by you. You will be required to pay the repairer your applicable Motor Insurance Policy Excess. The repair cost must be settled by your insurer. Once the repair is completed and your insurer has settled the claim we will refund you £250 or the value of your excess whichever is the lower. You will need to provide proof that you have paid your excess in order to claim under the voucher. Nothing in this offer obliges us to accept any vehicle for repair. The voucher is not valid if your vehicle is deemed a total loss. Where we manage the vehicle repair, we will do so in conjunction with your motor insurer if the accident was your fault, or the other driver’s insurer if they were at-fault and if they have accepted liability. Accident recovery is provided when you call us first on the dedicated Excess Protect number and we handle your insurance claim on your behalf. If you cancel the recovery of your vehicle you will be liable for any cancellation charges incurred, or if your insurer rejects your claim you will be liable for any recovery costs incurred. A courtesy car is provided subject to availability when you call us first and your car is repaired by a Land Rover approved repairer. It is not available if you are claiming on Land Rover Free Driveaway Insurance or Get Me Home Cover. The voucher is not valid for standalone glass claims. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
